About Lady M Bridal Gowns

Lady M Bridal Gowns was founded by Margaret in 1993. At the time Margaret noticed that the bridal gown and wedding dress market were saturated with mass production bridal gowns and wedding dresses that did not meet the high expectations of each individual bride. With over 20 years previous experience of couture dress design, Margaret began creating her own couture bridal gown and wedding dress company.

Margaret founded Lady M Bridal Gowns with the sole objective of offering couture bridal gowns and wedding dresses designed to the bride’s own specification and figure at an affordable price.

Initially, advertising was achieved by displaying gowns and dresses in various high-end clothing shops around Reading, including Jacksons and Kings Walk. Lady M Bridal Gowns exhibited at wedding fairs and hosted many wedding shows around the region, including those held at the Hilton and De Veres venues.

Lady M's client base continues to grow with over 300 bridal gowns and wedding dresses designed and made to date, including brides from all ages and figures as well as pregnant brides.

Lady M Bridal Gowns has expanded into offering the complete wedding package, including matching bridesmaids, tiaras, handbags, veils, ties and men’s waistcoats. This eliminates the laborious and costly process of having to find matching accessories.

Lady M Bridal Gowns has achieved notable success with publications in Wedding and Home magazine and Real Life Weddings. The success of Lady M Bridal Gowns lies in keeping to the founding principles of the company:
